Owner and Pastry Chef
Brittany Williams is a beautifully gifted chef and proud owner of Bakeology DFW in Keller. Brittany, a graduate of the French Culinary Institute in New York City, has been passionate about baking since she was a child. As a young girl, she began baking from scratch with her first tutor, her own mother. She fine-tuned her craft with some of the top chefs in the world — learning to make hand-made sugar flowers from Ron Ben-Israel, owner of one of the country's finest couture cake studios; and taught the art of making confectionary from scratch by world renowned master chef Jacques “Mr. Chocolate” Torres. Brittany is now a Certified Chocolatier herself. Not only is Brittany an accomplished baker, she is also a local chef celebrity, competing on the Food Network’s Extreme Wedding Cakes Challenge in 2010 and assisting for David Tuteras’ Food Network show “My Fair Wedding” in 2011. Brittany was excited to bring her passion for baking back to Texas, and opened Bakeology in 2016. While she specializes in wedding cakes, from the classically elegant to the quirky and fun, Bakeology also serves up a variety of daily baked goods baked from scratch, tiny smash cakes, custom cookies and hand-decorated treats.
In her free time Brittany loves Fly Fishing and being outdoors. She has three fur babies that keep her busy, demanding ALL the love and kisses.
