We love working with everyone and do our best to make everything perfect. Just so we are all on the same page take a look at our policies down below to avoid any misunderstandings. 

Refund and Cancellation Policy


Refunds are only applied to orders cancelled previous to pickup. 100% refund available for orders cancelled 7 days prior to the event. 50% is offered with a 72 hour notice and 0% offered with less than 72 hours notice. No Exceptions. 


If there is a problem with your order, you must contact us immediately and we will address the issue. Once your order has been picked up we are no longer responsible for the item. It is you’re responsibility to store the product properly, if you are unsure of how to do this, ask a staff member and we will be more than happy to walk you through the process. Your cake MUST BE AT ROOM TEMPERATURE to enjoy it fully. This is your responsibility to pickup your cake in time so that it can sit out a minimum of 4 hours. Our staff is well trained on making sure that you are aware of this. Do not store our cupcakes in the refrigerator. 


We bake completely from scratch and we are not using your grandmothers recipes, therefore any discrepancy due to flavor, texture or taste will absolutely not be refunded. If you are unsure of a flavor, you’re welcome to purchase a cupcake previous to ordering your cake. We have worked very very hard to ensure that you are getting the highest quality products we can offer and have spent many hours perfecting our recipes to be enjoyed by all. If there is an actual problem with the cake or product, please bring the item back to us and we will discuss the issue. If at this time we determine that it was an error on the bakery, we will discuss a partial refund for the amount of uneaten product. This refund is not guaranteed and will not be issued for people whom are rude or threaten our staff. It is your responsibility to store the item properly until you can bring back the item. No refunds will be given to customers who don’t like the flavor or texture of the item after expressing they are unsatisfied with another part of the item, such as decor. Please keep in mind that all orders are subject to decorator discretion and interpretation. Absolutely no refunds will be given because you simply do not like the cake or product. We use the materials, cookie cutters, colors and other materials that we have. Also keep in mind that we never fully recreates someone elses product. We will get as close as we can as we fully understand that details are what make it! We are happy to order custom cookie cutters, colors or other items per request and the customer will absorb the cost. 


We only use pure butter-buttercream and most of our recipes are butter based, so, just like butter in your own fridge, it gets firm when chilled. This is why you must have the product at room temperature to enjoy fully. Nothing we ever make is pre-made or frozen. All of our items are baked fresh to order to ensure that you’re getting the best product. Our cakes are three layers of cake and two layers of buttercream filling, meaning our cakes are typically about 4" tall per tier. If you desire a taller cake, you must let us know and additional charges will apply.
