Bakeology Founder & Owner

Brittany Williams, a graduate of the French Culinary Institute in New York City, has been passionate about baking since she was a child. As a young girl, she began baking from scratch with her first tutor, her own mother. Not only is Brittany an accomplished baker, she is also a local chef celebrity, competing on the Food Network’s Extreme Wedding Cakes Challenge in 2010 and assisting for David Tuteras’ Food Network show “My Fair Wedding” in 2011. Brittany was excited to bring her passion for baking back to Texas, and opened Bakeology in 2016.

Her education and diverse experiences have taught her countless techniques and methods. She looks forward to helping you create a cake that you and your guests will find simply delightful on your wedding day or other special event!

Brittany is a proud ambassador for the Greater Keller Chamber of Commerce.
